Certified in Himalayan Yoga 200 hour and Kundalini Yoga 200 hour, each class session can be a customized practice. Elements include mantra, breath work, yoga poses, ecstatic movement, partner work, kriya, meditation, and visualization. To unify mind body spirit connection, expansion, and evolution.
